Old Film Stock: Arista.edu 200

A friend gave me some frozen-stored Arista.edu 200 in 120 format 😀. It expired in September of 2007. The printing on the box says:

What is this stuff, Fomapan?

If it's made in Hungary it's probably Fortepan, not Fomapan.

Before Arista EDU was Foma, it was Forte. The "Made in Hungary" is a giveaway. The film is FortePan 200. Very, very nice. Grainy for the speed, but that doesn't really matter in 120. Tonally it's beautiful. I miss it.
