Old Voigtlander Lenses (How much)?

I saw 4 mint S-mount lenses with a Bessa body: 21, 25, 35, and the 90mm. Comes with box and flawless in everyway except for the 35mm which had a few marks on the metal cap.

The dealer was asking for about US$2300 and I might want to get it except that I will mate them with the M8 (not into film). Is the S-mount the same as the S-mount of the Nikon?
