Oly Pen F lens cleaning in Ontario?

I have a 38mm Oly Pen F lens with some haze just inside the rear element.

Anyone know who in Ontario might be able to do a CLA on the lens? I was told an Oly repair place exists relatively close to Toronto, but that's all I've got. Hoping someone could share more specific info. Thanks!

Possibly Kindermann on Steelcase Road East. Just north of Steeles and off Woodbine. He does excellent work and where I'm going to take my Rolleiflex, Zeiss and Voughtlanders for CLAs.
