Olympus 25mm side by side size compare?

As right now I'm having really enjoyable time shooting this Pen F (the original 35mm film version) half-frame (those 72 frames keeps going and going!), I'm thinking getting a wider than the 38mm (for those time i'm in a restaurant shooting across the table at my wife or when i want some more environment around the subject in the picture), naturally I think I'll settle with 25mm (f4/f2.8)

Before I make further decision may I request the esteem members around here to show me a picture of both the f4 and f2.8 version side by side? I have seen picture of them both separately in this forum, but is a little difficult to visually gauge the size different. I understand image quality wise this two version are both very good, and with my skill set either would work just fine I suppose, i'm leaning towards the 2.8 as it give 1 stop more light, so size of that two is the final inquiry I have.

I assume you're talking about Pen F lenses? You didn't specify which Olympus half frame you were talking about =P

If I'm not mistaken, I took this ones with the 25/ F 2.8, across the table I think. There may be a bit of cropping. Used a Pen FT, with expired PlusX probably?

Also, keep in mind I did this while testing Caffenol so maybe not that representative.

difference of physical size of the two is considerable!
Width is about same and both take 43mm filters but the f4 is tiny, very short, while the f2.8 is surprisingly long. the lenght of the f4 is 30mm, of the f2.8 52mm.

it says both weigh 160 grms, that must be a mistake, correct must be that the f4 weighs 120 grms http://fotonode.com/db_photo/content/olympus-e-zuiko-auto-w-25mm-f4 and the f2.8 160 grms http://fotonode.com/db_photo/content/olympus-g-zuiko-auto-w-25mm-f28
in comparison your f1.8/38mm is 35mm long and weighs 135 grms

the f2.8/25 left back row, the f4/25 second from left front row. ( the f1.8/38 mounted on the camera. I changed them to Leica M, that added 1.15mm to each )

( interestingly the f2.8 is that long that it even is longer than the Olympus OM f2.8/24mm for "FF" both having a Sony E mount adapter mounted! The Pen-F's diameter is smaller.
Of course the Sony E adapter for Pen-F lenses is much shorter than that for OM, but the Pen-F lens that much longer. given the OM 2.8/24 must be one of the smallest 24mm lens for 35mm )

as seen my earlier statement that the Pen-F f2.8 lens, compared to the OM f2.8/24 and both incl. their resp. Sony E adapter, being longer, is false! Their total lengths are just about identical

the OM being shorter than pretty much any other 24mm made for "FF" 35mm film, seen incl. their resp. Sony E mount adapter:
