Hello I have recently acquired a Olympus 35 RC, does any one know where I can get a service manual.

2nd edit: I've just looked, and they have a "Repair Manual".
 
Try searching on-line for Matt's classic cameras website, navigate to the 35rc page, and scroll to the bottom. There you'll find some (hopefully) useful links. :) (Matt's is another useful site, too)

Thanks again, have fired off an email to him. The only real problem i am having is with the frame counter reset spring.

The reset spring is actually off and I need to know where or how what position to reseat it ?.

I have an RC, fortunately working correctly. However the RC has a hard to find filter size, 43.5mm. For mine I bought off ebay a 43.5 to 43mm step down filter adapter. It doesn't block the meter window and 43mm filters and hoods and lens caps are much more plentiful.
Just a heads up.
