Olympus 35 sp light meter problem

Hi gents

Just recently fixed the light meter on my SP and realised the battery issue. I solved it with 1.45V hearing aid battery and noticed that camera overexpose 1 stop, which is acceptable.

But another things I noticed is that lightmeter cannot measure exposures more than EV13, whatever I do with it (direct sunlight, light torch etc)...

Is that battery issue again or some failure with the lightmeter?

Solved it. Lose wire connection caused low voltage coming to the meter.

Did that fix the one-stop overexposure issue you were having with the 1.45v battery?
