Well thank you Jim, David, and Benjamin for spending my money oh so wisely. I listened to your raves about how nice the EVF was in the forums, and decided I needed to try one for myself. Off to Calumet where "I came, I saw, I kicked its a&&!" (Ghost Busters, 1984)
Well, the brand new mint E-P1 will be going up for auction to help offset the cost of the new E-P2 and EVF sitting here on my desk. It really is nice, and I wish I had gone straight for the E-P2/EVF in the first place. Its nice having the option of using it or not, and with my tired eyes and not wanting to carry/wear reading glasses all the time, I find my arms are just not long enough at times to focus reliability off the LCD. No problems in the AM, but after a long day, or in the bright sun, I really need the reading glasses. The EVF just resolved all that, and in fact is quite a pleasure to use even if not needed.
So, do I get a portion of the kickbacks you will be receiving for your promotional efforts.
