I know there's an Leica-R to 4/3 adaptor.

The Olympus 4/3 has a lens registration distance (measured from rear flange of lens to film or sensor plane) of 38.67mm. The Leica M has a registration distance of 27.95mm. That means that the M lens would have to sink into the Oly body by some 9mm in order to be able to achieve infinity focus, or it would have to have a lens adapter that included a correcting optical element.
Short answer - no.
Now, the new micro 4/3 standard, that's a different story. No problem with that one.

Look at the Panasonic G1, there are people already using M glass on it.
