Olympus Epic Zoom/Arista EDU 400/Rodinal

OK, so I took the tiny Oly with me to my son's XC meet and snapped about a whole roll there ( I started the roll when I was out steelhead fishing ). Some images have a brighter area on the bottom of the picture. Some don't. Looks like it might be the images in the inner part of the roll when spooled before putting in the tank. I mixed for 500ml and used most of it in the tank. Any idea what might be going on?

I like the little camera. Hoping it's my developing.

Standard temp and time for 400 ISO film.

I use semi-stand development with Rodinal 1:100. After initial agitation let it stand for 30 min. Then invert slowly 3 times. Then let stand another 30 min.
