No longer a leak, the EPL2 was officially announced pre-CES:

Sounds like the same sensor, not sure about image processing engine, looks like a few usability improvements and maybe image quality tweaks?

*Bigger, higher-res screen (2.7"/260k>3.0"/460k)
*Return of control wheel to back panel, from EP1/EP2
*Increases high-iso setting to 6400 (any noise reduction tweaks?)
*Interesting new accessories
*Sleeker design
*LiveGuide II??

Seems a bit nicer than the EPL1, hard to tell if it's a compelling upgrade without knowing whether image quality is any better.

The control wheel is a useful upgrade, don't know about the rest if it is the same sensor it does not look like a worth while upgrade, unless you can sell for minimal loss. Having an EP1 I am not interested as I like having two wheels it is a lot faster, I have a G1 and the one wheel makes adjustments a lot slower. The viewfinder of theg1 make focusing of manual focus lenses easier though.

The control dial on the lens looks neat. Set it to aperture priority and it controls the aperture. I wonder if it snaps into place?😀

Not sure. I think it's stepped though (maybe a Canon S90 or S95 owner can chime in) and it's probably assignable to manual focus, too. I'm glad to see Oly picking up this feature. It was a very cool addition to the Canon S9# series. Stoked about the sensor size and the fast lens. I thought this market (enthusiast compact) was dead. I'm glad it's not. Cell phone cameras are OK, but a high-quality compact is much nicer. 😎

I'm more interested in the announcement of the 3 pancake lenses. I hope they are for the 4/3rds system and not the micro 4/3rds system. I'd like something wider than the 25mm (35 film-50mm) as for me I prefer the 28 through 40mm (35 film) range.
