I suppose to get usable focus support, Full frame etc .. There is only one option, the Sony A7/r's
The costs involved in getting a complex rangefinder adaption on 2 lenses, which would be hand made, no doubt incredibly complex too and still on a 90mm would be less than ideal. The A7 is a much cheaper option.
Also OM lenses with the film flange distance would need to have some serious baffling in the adaptors to stop back scattered reflections on the M's. Whereas the sony's expect a theoretically longer film flange distance as the NEX lenses for full frame are telecentric.
