I bought the EES-2 on Ebay. When it arrived, I realized the aperture was stuck closed. I decided to "fix" it myself. Now, it is stuck open at 2.8.
So, my mid day shots are WAY overexposed. That said, Fuji 400H overexposed 8-9 stops looks pretty cool. Check out a few on my blog from my first roll.

They look only a stop or two over. I think you get 1/40 or 1/200, so you should be ok for all but the brightest stuff. I think I have the lower end version of this model, the 38/3.5 lens.

The 200th sec speed is only available in auto...which doesn't work, so I get 40th at f2.8. They are cooked!
