I just found out that the Olympus 38mm f1.8 and 40mm f1.4 is actually radioactive:

Lots of conflicting info/opinion regarding if it is actually making any different in human health or not, and I can't decide. So for my own piece of mind, does anyone knows of if any age/version of these half frame lens (olympus or not) that can be mount on Pen F/FT that does not contain radioactive element?

If it's radiation level is so low that it does not even affect the radiation-susceptible film that is right behind the lens, I'm thinking it will only affect human health if one duct-tapes the camera to one's forehead for say 24 months on end.

I'd worry more about the health effect on other body parts, now that we all carry cell phones in our jeans pockets.

Just watch out for bananas, a sneaky fruit with both beta and gamma emissions. (from the Potassium 40 contained therein.)
