Greetings from Canada. I have recently acquired a SPn and would like to disassemble the lens to clean it. I've searched thru this forum and there seems to be some conflicting info about removing the name plate on the front of the lens. One guy says it screws off and another guy says it pulls off. I've tried unscrewing it....no luck, I've also tried pulling it off....no luck. Anyone here know what the answer is ? Thanks.

you need a rubber stopper to grip the front name plate iirc
