I'm curious; does the Olympus Trip 35 indicate the lens opening under different lighting conditions via a needle, diods, what? Also, is it true that it has only two shutter speeds? I'm sort of in the market for one, but the prices are getting a little steep on Ebay.

Two shutter speeds is right. 1/40s and 1/200s. It has a delicate mechanical needle system for f-stops. The system is surprisingly accurate.

Harlee,
You can't see what it has selected in any way, just believe it will work.
these used to be less than $10 on the bay, but seem to have become poular again since somebody started reconditioning them and fittiing new coverings.
I have one that I could let you have at a realistic price- PM me and we'll see if we can work something out (just bear in mind that I'm in the UK, so there would be $15 or so airmail to take into account
