Interesting combination of a pocket RF camera and Paterson film for someone seeking 1940s grain and acutance. Six photos are posted here:

The film was processed commercially in Sprint at standard Tri-X times and scanned by the developer. I haven't scanned the negs myself yet.
Comments here or there are welcomed.

some neat shots there, I like the one called dreyfus, its neat and there is a lot of tones, I think the whites are....really bright in some of them but its still neat

Thanks. The blown highlights might be the scans. The guy at the shop said conventional b&w scanning wasn't their best thing, and my Minolta SDIII might do better.
The film is now available in its original form as Fomapan 200. I'll probably try some more and adjust the EI a bit.

Sat a.m.: Glassing the negs, looks like development might have been a bit over-agitated. Time to mix up some D-76 1:1 at home.

Many people (well, Roger Hicks anyway) claim that this film is nowhere near ISO200, more like 125-160. So if this was shot at 200 I wouldn't expect blown highlights except by gross overdevelopment. Although, IME that's what you get with commercial processing of conventional b&w film.
