The seller stated it was stuck at long shutter speeds no matter what setting. It's a know issue from what I've read prior to winning the auction and not much you can do really. But when I tried it out it seemed to be working just fine. Snappy shutter speeds at higher ISO settings and vice versa.
Tried it again later and my luck was no more. It gave me hope however since it came back to life for a brief moment.
Anyone ever fiddled with these cameras before? My initial thoughts are a loose connection somewhere.
EDIT: The shutter speed changes to about 1/60th when flash is mounted.
