Picked up another OM-20 body from the dreaded Bay.
Seems pretty good except that the wind-on handle is loose.
How do I get at the retaining screw to try to tighten it?
It appears that the top of the spindle is covered with a plastic cap plus 'something' underneath.
Before I get out a 6" wrench and 4lb hammer please has anybody information and advice.

Jesse,

There's an exploded diagram at the link I sent to you on your last OM20 post, if that helps at all.

Thanks Colin - I didn't look at the appropriate section.
I see I have to remove PSTW2x3SN.
I hadn't even thought about looking at the bottom of the lever and when you do its all very obvious - no need for the sledge hammer either.

Had a few moments away from the family and got out the screwdriver.
No hassle at all.
The plastic cover on the metal wind-on lever just comes away leaving a hex screw to tighten on the end of the spindle. Time taken perhaps 2 minutes. So sold for a song as a defective body because of the loose lever, now seems pretty good. Did take the opportunity to get out the Zippo fluid and do a bit of cleaning - surprised how dirty it was when I got a lens out to look closely. I use a cocktail stick for those tiny places.
