OM 4 Ti Question

I have a mint OM 4 Ti silver body boxed that is going up for sale soon. I wonder if my friends out there can help me figure a fair starting price. When I sell I don't go in with the intention of getting rich or putting up an outrageous price, I just want to be fair.

Anything between US 300 and 500 is fair, I would say. KEH has an EX+ one for US 499 (http://www.keh.com/Camera/format-35...a-Bodies?s=1&bcode=OM&ccode=2&cc=79321&r=WG&f). And they are usually competitive with ebay.

Thanks Freider, I have OM gear that I have not used in awhile including a 24mm PC lens. I want to get it into someone's hands who will use it.

If this an ebay related question, start at the lowest price (0.99$ in the US?). The final sale price is largely determined by the number of bidders, and a low start price attracts more bidders.

The only exception to this rule would be if you are selling something that is of high value but only to a very small number of potential bidders, in which case you can't rely on bidders playing against each other and have to list at a high start price and hope at least one or two buyers are prepared to pay that price.

Something like an OM4Ti I'd definitely put in the former category.
