The best camera is one that still works!
Great camera ... but too small IMO. Also not really fussed on the 4:3 format but the image quality is tops if you can live with that.

I have the E-M5, not the E-M10. The E-M5 has been replaced by the E-M5 Mark II (I think that's what it's called)
I don't know much about the E-M10. If it is not weatherproofed. I would get the E-M5.
I don't own any weatherproofed lenses. In retrospect, I should have gone for the kit lens, but didn't because I do have the kit zoom from the original Lumix G1. Nevertheless, it is my bad weather camera. I wrap saran wrap around my Panaleica 25mm, and use it in light to moderate rain and in snow.
It's really my third camera, after my GR and M9. The 25mm is a superb lens. I have heard the Olympus 25mm is also very good. For a short tele, I mostly use my old Nokton 50mm F1.5 ltm with an ltm to M converter and an M to m4/3 converter. I find it a pain to focus, and useless when objects are moving. But the results are good. The Mark II version may have improved manual focus, I don't know. In any event, the Oly 45mm is reasonably-priced, gets good reviews, and is probably the one to get if you need a 90mm equivalent lens.
The size doesn't bother me. Before switching to digtial with the Epson, I had been using OMs for 30 years. That said, it doesn't feel like an OM. I enjoy it more in use, then in thinking about it.
I addition to bad weather, I am apt to pick it instead of the M9 in low light, although it's not as good as the Ricoh. I find the files get "mushy" at high ISOs (6400).
The adjustable screen is great, and it's easy to change autofocus location.
Hope this is helpful.
