Tokina Zooms
I just shot three rolls of color and one of black and white using a Tokina 28-70 zoom that came with an OM-2sp I bought that also included a 70-210 Tokina zoom. Both lenses look immaculate as if they were never even used. The purchase price was such that the lenses were essentially 'free'.
I almost never use a non-Olympus lens since I never considered them as good as a Zuiko.
But I put this one on my OM-2n to see how it compares to the Zuiko 35-70/3.5-4.5 that I use frequently. Of course the Tokina is about 3x larger than the Zuiko but the extra width to 28mm is welcome.
I am anxious to see the results.

I just got the OM4 (thanks Don) and have to say that it is truly the "M of the SLR world". I am on a budget, so I have the 28mm f/3.5 and 50mm f/1.8 lenses but they are nice, small, and sharp.
I used to own an OM1 with 28mm f/2.8 and 50mm f/1.4 but gave it away to a friend who was looking to get into film. I am glad to have another OM back in my hands. The GF just got my Nikon F2 as a result!

It's not out of hand. In fact you are missing a 1!

There is nothing unsharp about the cheap 35-70mm f3.5-4.5 zuiko! A bit of distortion, sure, but only a couple cm longer than the 50mm 1.8 and lightweight, it does the job well as a daytime walk-around lens.
One at 50mm-ish?
The ergonomics, are ...not as nice. But, did I say it was cheap?

I prefer the 35-105; more reach and cheap.

My Tokina 28-70 takes beautiful photos but it stretches out the sides too much at 28mm. Not pleasing at all. I will stick with Zuiko wide primes.
I haven't compared the Tokina 28-70 to the Zuiko/Tokina 35-105 so that will be an interesting test.

All this set is wonderful and inspiring. I just re-batteried my OM4 and am going out right now to shoot the 28/2.5...

Samara looks like a large and beautiful city. Someone posted a tourist video of Samara on Youtube. It wasn't the highest quality but you can see the city and the people. I wish I could visit there.

Your English is fine. I've been to Samara a few times, but couldn't place it (and don't recognise the church). I seem to remember a rocket monument sort of at the entrance to the city (or perhaps start of an industrial area). The Volga is lovely there in summer. At any rate, lovely photos.
I not only know who Gagarin is, but that the root of his name is the bird known as 'loon' in North America.

Borrowed the 35mm f2.8 last weekend. I have always been a 50mm guy and the only lens I have for my Olympus OM 2n is the 50mm 1.8. Love the sharpness of the 50 but not sure if the 35 is as sharp, the roll I developed was put through XTOL that is on the edge of working right, the roll is a little bit underdeveloped even if I gave it extra 2 min. Still have a roll I shot with it that is undeveloped, will put that one through a new developer.
Really like working with a 35 though, buts a new perspective to my photography.
Here are few shot with the 35.
