Omg... M3 on the way

Just got my yearly bonus and - what a coincidence - I found a beater M3 with a Summicron 2/50 at a Nuremberg located seller for 599 Euro (around 792 USD). Too bad the voices inside won the fight and whispered "now or never". So I had to order it. Since they give a 12 months warranty and I spend several days a year in Nuremberg it is not really a dangerous decision. First thing I will do is to send it to Leica for a check-up to be sure that it is really ok and usable.
And why all that? Because of all this talk about the M3 in this forum 😀 It is indeed a really dangerous place... but I like it very much.

Congratulations. The M3 has the best viewfinder that I have ever used. I had mine CLA'd, and they came back like "heads up displays". Enjoy it.
