I really, really like to drive and see new places. I would love to be at almost any of the locations shown in these pictures. Please send more!

Reviving this thread because I love a good roadscape:

There aren't many roadmarkers on Cameroon's highways, except for these billboards for "33" Export Beer. They're strategically placed 33km outside of major towns.

Taken with an unknown plastic point and shoot camera on unknown film (probably some cheap consumer Kodak or Fuji stock). You can see my turbaned head sticking out the passenger side window, and the grey camera in the side mirror on the right of the frame. Cheap drugstore dev and scan, back when that kind of service was still readily available.

This is one of my favorite images. Somewhere in Namibia

Browsing through this thread, and this photo brought back fond memories. Namibia is an amazing country! I spent a month there at the end of 2005, and there are miles upon miles of this featureless landscape along gravel roads. Driving through that landscape lulls you into complacence, even though those roads are quite sketchy. Getting into an accident or even running out of gas can quickly put you into a predicament along those remote, sparsely trafficked roads.

One more while I'm at it:
