Wow, we drove all the way to the little town in the country to finish a roll and start a brand new roll for the Challenge, little did I know it would take almost three hours to finish a roll of Ektar and I would not have time to shoot the full roll.
The problem was, so many people wanted to talk which was great! But, I ran out of time and will return to shoot next week. I was even approached by a nice lady at the Bank who was wondering why I was photographing the bank. Apparently, they are paranoid about something but, in a town with a population of 300... in the middle of nowhere?

It takes so long to shoot one 12 frame roll! 😱

Photos from a 15 mile stroll around the suburbs of my hometown, Leeds in the North of the UK.
I like to seek out run down, forgotten little corners of the city, and Leeds is full of them.
Photos taken on Ilford Delta 100 with my Balda Super Baldax. Suffering from some light leaks from the film door but regardless, it's a wonderful camera.

I shot one roll of Fuji Pro 400H on a Saturday afternoon in Liverpool with a Mamiya C330. (This is my first post here btw, so I apologize in advance if things don't go as planned.)

Next to the entrance gate to Chinatown, some people where putting up a banner commemorating the Hillsborough disaster:
Not a great picture, but the event is still very much remembered here, so I included it.

Yesterday I went out to shoot my roll, Portra 160 in my Rolleiflex.
It was sunny, a little windy, very clear air.
I decided to shoot how my town changes coming from the suburban area to the center of the town, keeping an open eye to the crossroads. I'm always interested in crossroads.
So I drove a few minutes away from the center, parked the car and walk a little. Set the camera at F8 and 1/250 sec. I found three interesting point of view for the challenge and I shot without problem, than I drove a little towards the center and shot another couple of frames.
Than back home and I thought it could be interesting a photo from the balcony on the back of my apartment. A quick check of the light with my Seconic, again F8 and 1/250, A look down into the viewfinder and voilà, done!
No, not realyy, the camera didn't shoot. Opps, sometimes I forget to rewind it before shooting but...I tried and the rewind was stuck. No possible to move it. No possible to shoot any more frame!
Not sure what happening, today I'll try to open it in the darkroom by the laboratory where I usually have my color films developed and scanned.
I hope at least the first frames are ok, maybe my one will only an "Half Roll Challenge" 🙂

I was yesterday afternoon downtown Milan we rescued the half exposed film from my Rolleiflex which will be developed in the next days. Meantime verified that the camera doesn't shoot anymore 🙁 left it to the repair shop which already had work on it 4 years ago.
But we're going to have a few holidays in the nest weeks so I guess both film and camera have to wait until beginning may 🙁

I'm running behind. I'll have shot my roll next week but film will not be back from the lab before 4/28 is that ok if I don't get them posted until the 1st week of May?
