only 13 pictures out of my GSW90ii with 220

My winder seems to be out of whack as when I get my rolls back there is a long empty space with 14 shots on the end with one shot clipped half way, is this a common problem with the Fuji Rangefinder GSW90ii? How can I remedy this? the shot counter is automatic-

Dan,

Do you have the same problem with 120 film? Are you sure to align properly the double headed arrow on the film backing paper with the start mark on the camera before closing the back?
