I usually shoot 400 ISO at 320, what should I expect if I shoot 800 ISO at 320? BTW this is color film.

So, do you mean you already did? It is obviously going to be overexposed by more than 1 stop Color film has latitude, but you aren't going to get the best results that way. Still, most color film likes overexposure more than underexposure.

However, since it does have some latitude, some may come in and be able to show acceptable results.

I love 800 iso film. I often use Portra 800. Here are some results from last week. I would also agree that you should shoot it at 800 and expose for the shadows.

It's a good film, and so is Superia 1600. No issues when you have the lab make wet prints.

The hardest part about 800 ASA C-41 is scanning. If you can, exposing for shadows at 800 ASA or adding 1 stop will help that. You'll gain more contrast, too.
