Has anyone tried ordering from ORWO north america?

I've sent a couple of email inquiries but the guy in charge fell short of sending an invoice. Now they won't reply. Do they have a contact number?

Are you located in the Philippines? They do not ship outside of the US, Canada or Mexico.

Edit: actually, while that is what they say on their home page, their shipping page states that they ship all over.
