Found this film in an old camera.
Is it possible to develop it with c41-process?

No.
You need the ORWO or old Agfa (same thing) developers for it. Recipies are avaible but it will be hard to find the chemicals. What you can do is develop only the first step and get a bw image. For this you can use pretty much any developer for bw films.

I think Orwo UT 16 was a transparency film, 16 being a DIN speed so 32ASA.

It won't be E6 though probably similar to Agfa films of the 1950's most of these films need developer temps of below 20°C as they have soft emulsion.
I do a clip test in B&W film developer.

If it is daylight film (T = tageslicht) I remember doing some back about 55 years ago. And IIRC the active developing agent was plain ol' PPD. There was no yellow mask and I actually plodded thru the print process and got some shots but with no PC, scanner or PS it was all too hard, and gave it up. The colors ware 'delicate' to say the least.

BJP were the prime source of formulae in those days, for me.

I could dig further if you're serious.
