Shower; bath when I get the chance.
Or are we talking about where your dark room is...?

Shower, but I am keen to try a RF in a tub as well.

I pine for the days when I was a boy in England and I used to have one bath per week. And that was after the football match on a Saturday morning.
Now it seems I'm never out of the soddin' shower and my skin is flaking off...

Bath or shower, make sure you have a waterproof housing for your gear.

By the way, in my current little bathroom, there's hardly any place for a hottub. I miss it terribly. Whenever I go somewhere and stay at a hotel, i tell them in advance that i don't care if my room's view is on a building site but i want a hottub in the bathroom, not a freakin' shower cell.
Sadly, in the Netherlands currently it's not fashionable to have a hottub, or a reasonable sized bathroom for that matter. Unless you're a richie rich and have a full equipped jacuzzi or a swimming pool or something.

I'm kind've a shower man myself. Especially after a week or so on the road, you don't wont want to be sitting around with all your new friends that come off in the bath. They will merely rejoin you. But maybe that's OK, backpacking can get lonely. Still, I must vote for shower. Its the right thing to do.
I have taken my cameras into the Hot Tub and swimming pool, but never the shower or bath.

Shower daily, sometimes with my Minolta Weathermatic A if the mood strikes, lol. This isn't going do turn into one of those threads where everyone posts shots of middle aged guys in a tub of suds with only a hairy set of shoulders, plastic shower cap, and a full set of man boobies showing is it? You can also include a cheap cigar in the image if you care to, lol. GGGrossss. EEEwwww.

A shower is to bathing what fast food is to dining.

Hey, some of us owe our magnificent physique to fast food. In our house, the stove only gets used during holidays like Thanksgiving, lol. And no, my wife never reads my camera forums or I'd have a much higher singing voice after posts like this one.

A question like bath/shower is like asking for preferences between rf/slr. You'll basically get the same answers about speed, convenience and cost. So...
Shower everyday because it fast, easy and gets the job done, but nothing beats soaking in a hot tub for a couple of hours for the experience (did I mention I like rangefinders?).

Don't you, in Spain, have to stoke up the water heater, Oscar? Took me a bit to get used to that bit of European difference. Got spoiled by the EUA "Instant on" hot water...

Well in fact it depends. Normal gas water heaters need those few seconds to start giving hot water, combined water/heating systems reduce that time, and with electric heaters (tanks in fact) hot water comes out almost instantly. Unless you empty the whole hot water tank, of course
Good thing with gas heaters is your shower can literally last forever.
What we had here were a really strange 'short hot tubs' where in fact you had to sit on a slope to bathe.
Guess had something to do with scarce hidraulic resources here, or maybe with tiny flats
