OT, completely OT: Who is this celebrity?

I was out at the King Cole bar at the St. Regis hotel in New York before the holidays and in walks this celebrity. My friend and I have been debating whether others will believe we did meet this person based on this picture. So, who do you think it is (the guy with the light coloured hair)?

The image quality is very bad, the St. Regis is so dark it makes the red light bulb of darkroom seem like the Sun. These two images were taken from the hip on Delta 3200 likely at f/1.4 or f/2.
