OT-Hotels in Santa FE?

We are off next weekend on our honeymoon to New Mexico.
We are staying two nights in Santa Fe then it's on to
Ojo Caliente Hot Springs for the remainder of the trip.
Anyone know of a good hotel to stay in Santa Fe? Good REstaurants, things to do? Of course I'll have my Bessa R with me and plenty of film. I may actually buy myself some color film. Can't believe I said that.

I can't remember the name of the condo we rented last time I was there, but there are lots of 'compounds' just outside (within 3 blocks) the main plaza. I guess there are companies that rent them out while the owners aren't using them. Do a search and you should find plenty of romantic little places ranging from $150-$1000+ per day. The central plaza & surrounds has enough shops, street vendors, architecture & art galleries to satisfy a day or two... As for food, my favourite place in the general area is a little resteraunt called Orlando's... It's just on the north side of Taos (admittedly a bit of a drive from Santa Fe, but worth the trip IMO... Whatever you do I'm sure you'll have a great time!
