I paid too much here, it looks AWFUL, but I couldn't resist. For the price it's gotta have some merit. If it takes pictures I'm happy!

So who can spot all the bits missing/broken from the photo's??

I'm going to have to make a bit of a project from thsi camera. If pieces are missing I'll need to source replacements, but if it works fine as was claimed in the description I might just give it a spit-shine.

Anyone got links to DIY rollei repairs? Better yet, UK overhaulers? :D

Congratulations... but from the title I was expecting to see a picture of a beagle!

That Rollei looks quite experienced. I haven't followed the market, but you think fifty quid is too much? If it works as well as described I'd say it was a fairly good bargain. Good luck to you with it... have fun!

The only thing the seller may not have been exactly truthful about is how easily available 120 film is in camera stores. Where I live that is changing quickly. Find a pro-oriented store near you and give them all of your business.

No worries about the 120 film... I already have a 'cord and such have about 12 rolls of LUCKY/Ilford film left in the fridge. I'm buying in bulk from MrCAD.

I'm waiting to find Snoopy.. and I'll buy him. Our Jack Russell family pet is great though. Crazy little runt called Fiddle (no puns please! :D )

congrats, Ash.. my Rollei was in about the same condition as yours when I bought it.. I had CameraLeather put a new skin on it a month ago and it looks a world better now
