OT - Kodak Duaflex IV

I recently was given an old Kodak Duaflex IV that uses 620 film. I have found some details on-line regarding re-spooling 120 film to work on the old 620 cameras. What I can't figure out is how to load a spool. There seems to be an empty fixed spool in the spot I'd logically put the new spool. I'd think someone on this forum has run across one of these cameras. If you have any experience with one please let me know, or better yet, PM me. Thanks,

That fixed spool is transferable. It becomes the take-up spool. Once your current spool is used, it becomes the next take up spool.
