Is there pediatric neurosurgeon in our midst?

I would like to consult with a pediatric neurosurgeon about helping a child injured in the September 1, 2004 terrorist attack and massacre at Middle School Number One in Beslan, Russia. I have medical records in Russian and German (also looking for a translator).
