Havana, on the Prado, the long marble walkway and linear park that runs from the sea all the way to the Capital.
10AM, policeman doing a "suspicion of prostitution" report for a young lady. Five of these reports and they are found guilty. She was just sitting by herself but probably is known as a new jinetera or sex worker in town. Havana police are corrupt so he is setting her up with some suspicion reports so she will have to begin paying him. Just part of the game in Cuba.
