Fascinating. Some considerable further insights there that cheer me up about not being able to have one at the moment: slower write times, the need for ND filters to exploit the fast lenses....not that I would do that. I like Overgaard's site. Whether you agree or disagree with some of what he says, it is great to get so much information about the approach of a working photogrpaher.

Hi Richard,
for whatever reason he shoots compressed DNG on his M9, so shooting uncompressed DNG on the MM does require longer write times than compressed - no surprise is it ?
