Owner's review UK

I would like to state again, and may need to thread this, that the battery that went bye bye was an el-cheapo third party battery and it now looks like it was the charger to blame. The charger was also a third party item, which was owned not by me but a colleague. The charger and battery to went to silicone heaven together surrounded by a lot of black smoke.

So, again, it was NOT the fuji battery or charger at fault here, but the el cheapo versions available online.

Arjay, to answer your now rather old question (haven't popped back for a while, sorry):

As far as I can see there is no option to enable blinking highlights in the LCD review. This is a feature on many Canon SLR's, but isn't something I tend to use. I tend to get exposure quite close and if I really need feedback, I'll go to the Histogram. I'd take the same approach with the X100.

Hope that is of some help!

When the image is on screen in playback press the display button and cycle to the last option. The image is small and cant be zoomed in but it has blinking highlights ;)
