Pan 14 vs Oly 17 perspective - Old Warehouse

I shot this place a few weeks ago and thought that the wider perspective of the 14 would be the natural choice given the expansiveness... but in the end thought the photos I took were somewhat ordinary so I went back and reshot it using the 17. You wouldn't think that it would make that much of a difference, but it does.

28mm vs. 34mm makes a LOT of difference. I tend to use a 28mm for general purpose shooting, and 25+ for when I want something more expansive. The Panasonic 12-35mm is great at the wide end for those situations.
 
Gee goamules, glad they were "mildly interesting" to you! Have you been out there before? It's wide open.
