All lenses have aberrations, including Leica, Zeiss and Hasselblad. So the answer to your second question is: none.
You'll notice I'm using the term "aberration," rather than distortion. Perhaps you can be more specific; what kind of "distortion" are you concerned about? Total systemic distortion (i.e. visible in the output file from the camera body, after software corrections have been applied)? Or the distortion of the lens alone (which is meaningless from a user perspective, since the idea is to use it on a camera body, not examine it on an optical bench)?
I only have V.1 of the 20-1.7, so I can't hazard a guess as to the differences between it and V.2, other than what is written about it elsewhere on the Web; but I'm plenty happy with mine. My personal photographic limitations weigh more on the final results than the differences between either lens could; perhaps you are a photographic savant who can appreciate the differences - but if that were the case, you'd probably be shooting a Nikon D810 instead.
