1000 EUR body only? What are they smoking in Japan?
DOA, death on arrival.
I can't see that being true.
Here you can have for the asking price two (2) Nikon D3100 bodies, Nikkor dx 35mm 1.8 and Nikkor afs 50mm 1.8. lenses. All new ofcourse with standard 2 years warranty.
GX7 is not DOA, it is dead even before arrival.
Would you say the same it this was a new Ricoh GXR
A NEX 6-7 killer?
I doubt it. Olympus and Panasonic DXO marks have been in the upper 50s for years. The same old sensor in a new skin. Now Olympus is using Sony sensors. I doubt Sony is going to be out done by Panny anytime soon.
Actually the newest Pany and Olympus models are in the low 70s.
Re DOA, my earlier snark was merely wondering why there was no logical sequence of model numbers--they didn't go from G1 to G7, or GF1 to GF14. Perhaps it's about trademark infringement issues or something else I don't comprehend (or care a hoot about).
Ignoring the GH line, G and GF is already at 6.Re DOA, my earlier snark was merely wondering why there was no logical sequence of model numbers--they didn't go from G1 to G7, or GF1 to GF14. Perhaps it's about trademark infringement issues or something else I don't comprehend (or care a hoot about).
