Just came across a book store in Paris devoted to photo & fashion books.

Amazing place in the Maris district.

Worth checking out if you want to add to your photo library, and have room in your suitcase.

(I have no interest in the store, just a weary traveler who came across it by accident, never heard of it before so thought I would pass the info on.)

They are presently working on their web site. The bookstore has an amazing collection of books and is well worth a visit if you are in the "ville lumière".

A big thumbs up to both of these.

Worth noting that Comptoir is predominantly (maybe completely?) secondhand books, whereas La Chambre Claire is entirely new books (and has a gallery downstairs). The owners of both are very friendly!

Comptoir also had quite irregular opening hours last time I went - after lunch seems to be best.
