Party Like It's 1776!

The Virginia Museum of Transportation welcomed back its NW 1776 EMD SD-45 locomotive, and the new arrival of the CW 662, with a party. You can read the particulars at

That 1218 is one beautiful engine...I would have spent most of my focus on it...Steam Engines are just sooooo pretty and exude power even while just sitting still...there is so much to see/explore on them...one could spend days checking one out...or at least I could...
My best friend is a Live Steamer...I learned from him all I know about them...
