Yes, I posted my ad twice, both times I was charged $ 5.00 by the forum and then my ad disappeared- not once but twice.I lost $10.00 and my ad is gone ????? I may try again in the morning.

Same thing has happened to me. On a couple of occasions.
Not sure how it's a PayPal issue, though.

They seem to be overloaded and slow right now - their mTAN system has timed out on me twice in the past days. They might have taken down part of their servers for upgrading over the (low business) holiday season - in regular operation they are way too big and distributed to be slowed down by regular use or even a DOS attack during this time of the year.
