Pen EE top removal?

Can anyone offer advice on how to remove the top of a Pen EE? I took out the two screws under the rewind crank (and the screw in the middle of the crank) and the screw on the counter end near the strap lug. But the top seems to be still attached at the counter end and I don't want to prise too much. Have I missed a screw or something?

Better reply now than never.... 🙂

In addition to all you wrote, the top center of the counter is a screw
that opens CW. You need to unscrew it in order to open the cover.
This screw is the one with the 2 small holes in it.
Be very careful ! it opens CW , if you'll try CCW you'll break it 🙁

Cool! Thanks a lot for the comprehensive reply (and the great photo). Now I just need to make myself a tool that fits into those little holes.

Glad to help.
I made that tool by taking an old screwdriver and drilling 2 holes into it
and than I inserted the smooth parts from the same drill I used to drill the holes.
As far as I remember the diameter of the drill was 0.7mm
If you have a very strong tweezers with sharp edges you can use it as well,
but of course the special tool is much better.
