Pen-F lens kit at sale with Pancake

I really like the Olympus half frame lenses, which I've tested to be as good or better than most LTM rangefinder lenses, including Leica. I had a 40/1.4 once that I sold because of haze, but saw this other one at a sale, with a 100mm 3.5 too. It was one of those "grab what you want and pay" sales, I paid very little, and took it to my car. Later, I looked in the case, and was very happy to find a third lens, the 38mm Pancake! Shooting them all, they are all clear as a bell.

I have the 38/1.8 and 100mm for my FV, no digital camera to use them on just yet. Thinking about an XE-1 as they are so cheap and would work great with these tiny lenses.

Good job. I bought my pancake from KEH and even during one of their 20% off sales it was still something like $400!

Yeah, I always wanted to try the pancake. And Fixcinater, the XE-1s are really perfect for the Pen-F cameras. I keep my 38/1.8 on it at all times, when not playing with some other legacy lens.

Took these new lenses to my daughter's graduation. Pancake, then the 100mm. Yes, she's in there, and it took us about 10 min to find her!
