Pen FT Battery

I have just brought a Pen FT (Black) and 3 lens
20mm, f/3.5-16, 40mm, f/1.4-16, f150mm, f/4-22. Really looking forward to using it.

Mine concern, is if the meter is not working can I replace the 1.3V battery with something that available now. I believe you cannot get the original (mercury ?) ones.

congratulations - a gem indeed
to use the build in meter you have to use a 1.35V Mercury Cells which are rare but still availible. My FT has a changed voltage divider so my camera accepts 1.5V. As the metering shows a nonlinear behaviour, it's no solution to shift metering by adjusting film speed dial.
Here in europe Frank Timann does that modification quick & at an afforable price (google knows him ;o)
