Film is still available. Here is the 110 film page at Frugal Photographer:

They have the italian film fresh and cold stored. They also have Fuji Reala outdated and I am sure stored cold. Most of it is 3 rolls for $5 to 6.50.
I have about 75 rolls of 110 in various emulsions, but it is way out of date and I have no idea of the storage history. I have been shooting it, with excellent result and some of it is dated 1992. I just dropped off a roll yesterday at Kit's with about a week for processing. Processing for 12 exposures with prints is $5.99
The basic kit in a red box was the camera body, 18mm, 24mm and 50mm, flash unit and power winder. (Hard to find a power winder with intact battery door).
I had a complete set and sold them. Then I got just a body and 50mm lens. Last week, a fellow gave me the complete set in box in very good condition to sell for him.
There was a very complete package also that had a case, all the items I listed above plus a ton of filters and I think the zoom lens that was also made for the camera. I think the zoom covered all the three lenses, plus a bit.
Given that this is a tiny camera, the image quality is fantastic if you can hold the sucker still while you push the button.

While the lenses wouldn't cover a 35mm frame, they *would* cover a P+S digital sensor. Pentax Mini-DSLR? That'd be fun.

Oh, we had one of these too. I'm now wondering what happened to it...

I still use them things now and then. Yes, them: I have two
Think about them as tiny Holgas. Commercial prints are always way too soft. Negatives, ITOH, can be very sharp, and results improve markedly if you take the pains to scan and print them yourself. I do it once in a blue moon.
Very fun to use if you keep your expectations suitably low. Lately I don't even bother to file down the casettes for proper ISO indexing. Honest to God, I can't see a difference!

And the lenses should be able to cover the 4/3 digital sensor, as the image areas are very close to the same. The zoom was a 20-40mm, so its range didn't quite equal the 18mm at the wide end, nor the 50mm at the long end.
