Pentax Spotmatic SP and F: Repair and CLA in Europe

Hello,

my Pentax Spotmatic F has some problems with its TTL metering and my Spotmatic SP gives me some underdeveloped images every roll of film.
And I think they both would appreciate a CLA.


Do you know a good repair person or shop in Europe for a Spotmatic?


I would like to use them at some times as the Super and SMC Takumars seem to be great lenses (at least it is my first impression with my SMC 50/1.4, 28/3.5 and the Super Takumar 55/1.8)

Hi. I just had my Spotmatic SPII CLA'd and the CDS cells replaced by Harrow Technical. I had the sticky mirror problem too. Did a real nice job on it. Now it winds smoothly, the meter works perfectly and the shutter is crisp clinical yet still sounds like only a Spotmatic can sound. It wasn't cheap(£80), but then again this service is not common any more. I could have purchased another one from ebay but it could have had problems or developed problems soon after I bought it. So I decided to send my own SPII and get it brought up to spec. Mine is mated with the excellent SMC Takamur f1.4 50mm.
