A rationalization for continuous distraction, to be brought to you by the likes of Google glasses computer, and it appears to be simply part of the marketing campaign. In my opinion, the constant distraction of society has not been beneficial and now continuous distration will be possible in order to sell more stuff. Will people want this, will they ask if this really benefits them? So far, most people have signed on to the latest stuff to buy - apparently more and faster are good enough reasons.

There's nothing wrong with writing this sort of thing, if you're a rather silly person wanting to persuade other silly people that you are "cool", or whatever the current nonsense term is.

It's proof of something but not intelligent thought.

:D
Amen to that.

JMHO but this essay strikes me as the ramblings of a tech junkie who fetishizes all forms of digital technology (and likely harbors a closet resentment toward the continued existence of film based photography).

Much ado about nothing.
