Pete Marovich shoots the X-T1

His personal blog post mentions his use of two Fuji X-T1s on assignment. I thought it was interesting, since I just got one two weeks ago and really like it. In my mind, it's what a digital Nikon FE2 should have been.

Didn't care for the Capitol Hill X-T shots, but loved the South Caroline black and whites on the NYT!

The Capitol Hill shots were pedestrian, but he writes a whole lot more about the X-T1...says he really likes it. He says the image quality is better than his Nikon D700, with better resolution.

Maybe it's the monitor, but the colors didn't look too appealing from the Capitol Hill shots -- of course that's probably not a good test -- as for D700 -- would rather compare to current models -- although quality of D700 is high. Can the XT shoot 120 black and white film? That would suit me 🙂
